What if there was just a hair of Character growth, but that was only a minor system?
I keep scaling it back, but I’ve known for a long time how problematic it is.
Pretty well no game focuses on character growth. No matter how much character growth is in a game, or how much people play the game for the character growth, it is still a supporting system.
It’s a meta system.
