A series of interesting events that happen with Desa.

I don’t really have many ideas for this yet. Desa is a side character but his involvement is getting just elaborate enough to warrant an arc, but I don’t know what the themes or conclusions would be yet.

Magic

If nothing else, Desa’s involvement in TWOLD revolves around magic. Not only is Desa a wizard, but he is also a magical being. He is inherently magical and needs magic energy to survive.

Rogue wizard

Desa is a wizard, but he isn’t a member of the wizards’ council, which makes him a rogue wizard. That’s an interesting angle.

<aside> 💡 Probably Desa is hunted by the wizards. Not directly, of course. They would hire some type of agents to pursue him.

<aside> 💡 Oh, that’s right, Desa starts off in prison. All these years (all the way back to my teens) and I never really came up with a backstory as to who imprisoned him and why.

Now I have a good context. Desa is imprisoned by the wizards’ council for leaving, or some other action the see as betrayal.
